The Bath Preservation Trust has announced that its 4 museums in Bath will temporarily close from today until the 1st May as a result of the coronavirus. These museums are: No. 1 Royal Crescent, Museum of Bath Architecture, Herschel Museum of Astronomy and Beckford's Tower.
The Holburne Museum has also announced that it will close from 5pm today until 1st May.
Museums that remain open include the famous Roman Baths Museum (pictured to the right), the Fashion Museum, America Museum & Gardens and the Jane Austen Centre.
This is what us Brits like to call a fluid situation - so do check before travelling if you plan to visit one of these museums over the coming weeks. I will do my best to keep you updated on this blog.
