Good news for overseas visitors. From Monday August 2nd visitors from countries on the UK's amber list who have been fully vaccinated in the USA or in the EU or in the Swiss vaccination programme will not need to quarantine when they enter England. These visitors will still need to take a pre-departure COVID test and a PCR test on day 2 in England.
It has been a long time since visitors from the USA and the EU have been able to enjoy the wonders of Bath and the surrounding area so I am looking forward to showing them around!

Life in England is almost back to normal. Legal restrictions on social distancing and wearing face-coverings have been removed but people are still expected and recommended to wear face-coverings in crowded areas such as public transport. Some attractions still require visitors to pre-book their visits for allocated time slots so please do check when planning your trip.
